Stalking victim's family welcomes increased police powers plan
Prime Minister Theresa May is soon expected to announce the creation of new stalking protection orders.
These would give police greater powers to tackle perpetrators and support victims.
The family of Blackpool nurse Jane Clough, who was murdered by her abusive ex-boyfriend Jonathan Vass in 2010, have long campaigned for such legislation.
