Behind the M62 roadworks in West Yorkshire
A project to upgrade the M62 between junctions 25 and 30 in West Yorkshire is under way.
The managed motorway scheme would cut congestion and allow the use of variable mandatory speed limits when the hard shoulder is in use, according to the Highways Agency.
About 150,000 vehicles use the stretch of road every day and the 2,000 workers have to be aware of safety at all times.
Look North took a look behind the scenes at the project over 31 miles of the motorway.
