Boxing Day floods: Flooding timeline in the Calder Valley

Almost a year on from the Boxing Day floods, BBC Look North has taken a look back at the recovery effort in one of the worst-hit areas.

More than 3,000 properties were flooded in the Calder Valley in West Yorkshire on 26 December, causing an estimated £150m of damage.

Communities in Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd, Sowerby Bridge and other areas rallied - not only with the clean-up, but also with schemes to alleviate the impact of future floods.
