Paralysed athlete Claire Lomas begins 400 mile bike ride
Paralysed athlete Claire Lomas, who became the first person to complete the London Marathon in a robotic suit last year, has set off on a 400 mile bike ride.
Her latest challenge will take her up to three weeks to cycle in an adapted bike from Nottingham to London, raising money for Spinal Research.
Claire, from Melton Mowbray, lost the use of her legs after a horse riding accident in 2007.
She said she would be visiting schools along the route "to try and inspire children".
