Moment police car stops M1 coma driver

This is the moment a police officer brought an out-of-control car to a stop after the driver went into a diabetic coma on the M1.

PC Daniel Pattison has received an award for his "incredible act of bravery", which saved the lives of the woman driving, her young child and potentially many other motorists.

The driver, who has not been named, said she was "very emotional" when she found out what had happened.
