Reality imitates art at A Chorus Line London audition

More than 1,000 dancers auditioned earlier for 50 parts in the new London production of 1970s musical, A Chorus Line.

The Pulitzer and Olivier award-winning show is about the lives of dancers auditioning to be part of a production.

"It's a very, very special show for dancers," said casting director David Grindrod.

Director and choreographer Baayork Lee explained to BBC London's Brenda Emmanus that she was looking for "triple threats" who could sing, dance and act.
