Could converted public loos solve property shortage?

Going underground could be just the answer for London flat hunters or those setting up a new business who do not want a conventional property.

It seems more and more of London's abandoned public toilets are being brought back into use as anything but a public convenience.

One estate agent says with the high price of London property it makes perfect sense provided you can find one for sale, and cope with the smell when you start the conversion.
