New headquarters for London's Metropolitan Police

The Metropolitan Police has confirmed the location for its new headquarters.

New Scotland Yard is to be sold and the force will move into the smaller Curtis Green Building on Victoria Embankment by 2015.

The new base will be called Scotland Yard.

BBC London's Karl Mercer spoke to deputy mayor for policing Stephen Greenhall, Len Duvall from the London Assembly, and deputy commissioner for the Metropolitan Police Service, Craig Mackey.
