Mayor faces questions over cycling safety in London

Boris Johnson faced questions about how safe the capital's cycling superhighways are during Mayor's Question Time, following the deaths of two cyclists.

On Tuesday Coroner Mary Hassell called for more to be done to prevent further casualties following the deaths of Brian Dorling, 58, from Hounslow, and French student Philippine De Gerin-Ricard, 20, in east London.

Labour Assembly Member John Biggs, Green Party representative Jenny Jones and Mayor of London Boris Johnson feature in BBC London transport correspondent Tom Edwards' report.
