'Action needed' to prevent cycling deaths
A coroner has said action needs to be taken to prevent future deaths on the cycling superhighways in London.
Mary Hassell said cyclists get lulled into a false sense of security as they assume they have to ride on the blue strips which may not put them in the correct position.
Her report looks at the death of two cyclists who were killed while using the lanes.
Baroness Jones, a Green member of the London Assembly, said the super highways were not safe enough.
