LU Night Tube plan revealed as jobs are cut

London Underground has revealed plans to run 24-hour weekend services on the Piccadilly, Victoria, Central, Jubilee and Northern lines.

But Transport for London (TfL) also announced proposals for every ticket office to close by 2015, resulting in the loss of 750 posts which the RMT Union has called "lethal".

BBC London's Political Correspondent, Karl Mercer, spoke to Mayor of London Boris Johnson, managing director of the London Underground Mike Brown and John Leach from the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT).
