Homerton mental health unit criticised over 200 absconders
A mental health unit in east London has been criticised after it emerged that more than 200 patients, including a convicted killer, have absconded.
Figures revealed 211 patients, many suffering from personality disorders, went "absent without leave" from the medium secure unit in Homerton over a 13-year period.
