Helping homeless young Londoners through running

A newly formed London charity is helping hundreds of homeless youngsters through running programmes.

Spat, external, which is supported by the London Marathon Charitable Trust, helps boost youngsters' confidence and motivate them to make a change in their lives.

Charity founders said running helped troubled youngsters to adopt a healthier and productive lifestyle.

BBC London's Alice Salfield reports.
