Hospital's A&E declared 'inadequate'
A south-east London hospital's accident and emergency department (A&E) has been declared "not fit for purpose" by hospital inspectors.
The chief inspector of hospitals in England found that the department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in Woolwich, was inadequate.
BBC London's Alex Bushill spoke to Professor Sir Mike Richards, the Care Quality Commission's chief inspector of hospitals, and Jos Bell from the Save Lewisham Hospital Campaign.
