Lutfur Rahman mobbed by supporters on re-election

Supporters mobbed Independent candidate Lutfur Rahman as he was re-elected as mayor of Tower Hamlets.

He beat the Labour candidate John Biggs and asked to be judged on his record of improvements in the borough.
