Met boss Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has 'made arrest at every rank'

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has said he has "made an arrest at every rank as a police officer", except as a Commissioner.

But that "disgrace" has been put right after he cut short an interview with BBC London 94.9 in Tottenham to arrest a suspected thief after a minicab driver complained.
