Maida Vale rapper 'fighting in Syria for Islamic State'

A picture has been posted on social media, which reportedly shows a man from west London holding a severed head after fighting in Syria.

Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary, 23, is a former rapper from Maida Vale.

It is claimed he left his family home last year to join the militant group "Islamic State", formerly known as ISIS.

BBC London's Sonja Jessup spoke to Raffaello Pantucci, a counter-terrorism analyst from the forum RUSI, which specialises in defence and security.
