Kester David's family awaiting Met Police apology over murder investigation
The family of a man whose burned body was found under a London railway arch have criticised the Met Police for failing to apologise over its investigation into his death.
Kester David's body was discovered in Broomfield Lane, Palmers Green, in 2010.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission has urged Scotland Yard to apologise for its handling of the case.
The Met Police said the investigation into Mr David's death is ongoing.
BBC London's Alex Bushill report features Mr David's brother, the family's solicitor Daniel Machover and Met Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe.
