Under fire Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman 'will not resign'

The mayor of Tower Hamlets, whose council was highly criticised in a report into how it awarded grants, has said he will not resign.

In an exclusive interview with BBC London's Karl Mercer, Lutfur Rahman defended his policies and said the comments Communities Secretary Eric Pickles made in the House of Commons were "unacceptable".
