Boris Johnson shouts at politician to 'stick it' over funding cuts challenge

Boris Johnson shouted "stick it" at a London Assembly Member who challenged him over funding cuts during a heated exchange at Mayor's Question Time.

The London mayor was being quizzed about plans to cut 90% of City Hall's funding to education and youth programmes by Labour's London Assembly Member Andrew Dismore.

A leaked document said the cuts would have a "disproportionate impact on the most vulnerable groups of young people in the city" and would see a drop in funding from £22.6m to £2.3m by 2017.

BBC London's political correspondent Karl Mercer reports.
