Call for Thameslink to compensate delayed commuters
Commuters have been offered two days free travel after train operator Govia Thameslink Railway apologised for delayed and cancelled trains - but a transport watchdog has said it is not enough.
The company, which took over the service in September, said more than 21% of their trains were delayed between November and December.
London TravelWatch said a "significant gesture" was needed to regain commuters' trust.
BBC London's Yvonne Hall spoke to Dyan Crowther from Govia Thameslink Railway, and Janet Cooke from the transport watchdog London TravelWatch.
