Abbey Road studio's old machines used to copy classic vinyl

Recording equipment that would have been used by The Beatles at London's world famous Abbey Road Studios is being used once again to create records on vinyl.

Music enthusiast Pete Hutchinson from the Electronic Recording Company is using the machines so that people can hear what the albums would have sounded like when they were first released.

He is selling his reissued records for £300, but says originals can fetch up to £2,000.

Mastering engineer Guy Davie talks about how it is done while Nigel House from Rough Trade Retail explains why vinyl is so collectable.
