Farmers adapt to drop in milk prices

A drop in the price of milk has left some dairy farmers struggling to make a profit and turning to new ways to maximise their output.

One Romford farmer has changed the food he gives his cows and replaced straw with sand, enabling him to keep his costs down and his business afloat.

BBC London's Gareth Furby spoke to farmer John Torrance and Peter Parkes from Farmers For Action.
