Rogue 'London landlord' confronted in fraud investigation

BBC Reporter Guy Lynn confronts 'Gary', a landlord who claims to be living in London with a flat in Willesden on offer far below the market value.

But the fraudulent landlord is actually based in Nigeria and does not own the apartment.

He is one of two rogue landlords the BBC had dealings with during an investigation into fraudulent rent, which is on the rise in the capital according to reports.
