How air con could make the Tube hotter

Commuters have been facing soaring temperatures on the London Underground in the September heatwave.

Paul Priestman, chairman of company Priestman Goode which designed the new Tube train, tells the Today programme why the trains cannot be fitted with air conditioning on the older lines.
