Met Police: Sir Mark Rowley on how 'policing has dropped off the pace'
Sir Mark Rowley has been named as the new commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, taking over the role vacated by Dame Cressida Dick.
In April he spoke to BBC Breakfast about the challenges faced by police in the UK.
