Nazir Afzal says Met Police chief Cressida Dick had a 'sense of denial'
BBC Breakfast spoke to Nazir Afzal, former chief prosecutor for north-west England, about the resignation of Metropolitan Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick over a series of damaging controversies.
Dame Cressida, the first woman to lead the biggest UK police force, had faced criticism over the working culture at the Met and the way the Sarah Everard case was handled.
