Croydon dog-walker calls for industry regulations
The Metropolitan Police has seen an 83% rise in the number of dog attacks in the past five years.
Data obtained by the BBC suggests more than 1,000 dogs were seized last year and the force spent almost £1m on vet and kennel bills.
