'Gardening helps my mental health and wellbeing'
Gardens are valuable spaces for local wildlife and biodiversity, while gardening can also have huge health benefits for us too.
The south London charity Thrive is using gardening to help people who have learning difficulties, physical disabilities or issues with their mental health.
We’ve been to see its work at the gardens in Battersea Park.
