The couple skipping into schools to boost fitness

Rajinder Singh, aka the Skipping Sikh, became a social media star for his lockdown skipping videos that raised money for charity.

Mr Singh, from west London, is now going into schools and youth clubs with his wife Pritpal Kaur to teach young people how skipping is a great way of keeping healthy and active.
