Man dumps homeless person's belongings on Manchester road

A man has been filmed dumping a homeless person's belongings into the middle of a road in Manchester city centre.

Cars and buses can be seen swerving around the items piled on the road in Deansgate in the video filmed by an onlooker on Sunday.

The man threw a sleeping bag and tarpaulin amongst other items belonging to a rough sleeper into the path of traffic.
