Wigan tattoo parlour covers up 'bad decision' tattoos for free

A tattoo parlour in Wigan is offering to cover up the "bad decisions" of offensive body art for free.

Alchemy Tattoo Studio in Wallgate will ink a custom design over offensive tattoos, including racist or gang affiliated images, to make "something positive" out of people's "regrets".

The idea was prompted by customer with a swastika tattoo.
