Manchester attack: Witnesses say they shouted for paramedics

A couple who were in the foyer at Manchester Arena when the bomb went off said they called for more paramedics to come to the scene.

Only three paramedics entered the cordoned-off foyer area at the centre of the blast, the BBC has been told.
