Football league supports homeless in Merseyside
A football league for homeless people in Merseyside has been celebrating the end of the season.
Liverpool Homeless Football Club supports more than 120 men and 40 women who have been homeless at some time.
The league is made up of 18 organisations that operate across Merseyside, many of them hostels, with an emphasis on inclusion and encouraging respect and team work.
Patron and comedian John Bishop said: "It gives them the opportunity to realise that they've got some value, some worth."
