Norfolk and Norwich Hospital crack down on standards

The Norfolk and Norwich Hospital has opted to conduct its own internal inspections which it believes is driving up standards.

Like any other hospital, it has regular visits from the Care Quality Commission but it believes its internal audits are even tougher.
