Tumours kept alive outside of body for cancer research

Research is being carried out in Norfolk on tumours being kept alive outside the human body.

Part of the tumour is placed in a solution, which allows it to keep growing.

The research is a partnership between Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and the University of East Anglia.
