Scalextric club's 97ft racing circuit in Norfolk

A Scalextric fan is close to completing his dream 97ft-long racing circuit.

The Presto Park Slot Club of Norfolk has moved several times since it was founded in 1961 and its previous longest track was 180ft and built in Norwich in the late 1960s.

The BBC's Mike Liggins has been to visit Mike Harvey who showed him the latest version which has been under construction since the club moved to its new home in Hevingham in 2012.

As well as a custom-made racing surface for the slot cars, it features 1,231 figures.
