Lockdown changes mean millions of people can now socialise indoors in limited numbers, restart organised indoor sport and go on holiday to a select number of countries.

But the government has warned its next review of social distancing rules may be delayed.

Health Secretary and West Suffolk MP Matt Hancock said there were 86 local authorities with five or more confirmed cases of the Indian Covid variant, and said Bedford was the "next biggest cause of concern" after Bolton and Blackburn with Darwen.

On Monday our experts met to answer your questions on the latest steps in easing lockdown.

Joining the panel were Harry Tucker from Corby-based indoor skate park Adrenaline Alley, the UEA's Professor Paul Hunter, travel expert Sean Tipton from ABTA and BBC East political correspondent Andrew Sinclair.

Your host was BBC East health correspondent Nikki Fox.
