Sir David Jason drops in to RAF base

Sir David Jason dropped in to visit cadets at RAF Syerston near Newark and to hand over a cheque.

The experienced pilot, best known for his role as Del Boy in Only Fools and Horses, regularly flies a yellow helicopter.

Unfortunately on Thursday the weather was too poor to fly so he tried one of the Nottinghamshire cadets' simulators instead.
