Oxford Playhouse presents 'autism-friendly' musical

A musical that has been specifically adapted for young people with autism has premiered in Oxford.

The Oxford Playhouse's "relaxed performance" of Spot's Birthday Party encourages audience members to come and go as they please and make noise if they wish.

Ruth Smith, from The Prince's Foundation for Children & The Arts, said autistic children would find the experience less stressful.
