Oxfordshire's villages cut off by flood water

More than a dozen roads have been closed in Oxford, including two main routes into the city - Abingdon Road and Botley Road.

Binsey, less than a mile from the city, is cut off by flood water and residents are relying on neighbours with boats to help ferry supplies.
