Somerset man's crisp packet blankets help the homeless

A man has been making survival blankets out of recycled crisp packets to help the homeless.

After experiencing rough sleeping two years ago, Miley Porritt from Frome, Somerset, decided to make the blankets to help others get through the winter.

The 24-year-old said: "It's something I would have really appreciated when I was on the streets."
