'I lost half my bodyweight in 12 months'

Emma Halford, who is 5ft 2in (157cm) tall, used to weigh more than 15st.

The mum-of-three, from Rugeley, Staffordshire, radically changed her lifestyle and managed to shed nearly half her original bodyweight in 12 months.
