Sir Bobby Robson's widow opens cancer unit

The widow of the former Ipswich Town manager Sir Bobby Robson opened a new cancer unit named after her at a Suffolk hospital.

The £250,000 Lady Elsie Robson Unit at the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds has been designed exclusively to provide better care for patients who might be at risk from breast cancer.

Lady Elsie, who lived in the county with her husband for 20 years, said she was humbled to have the unit had been named after her.
