St Edmundsbury Abbey light show celebrates king of East Anglia
A sound and light show that displays directly on to the surface of two historic buildings is part of the conclusion of the 1,000th anniversary celebrations of a Suffolk abbey.
The displays on the Norman Tower and St Edmundsbury Cathedral Tower tell the story of St Edmund and the founding of the Abbey of St Edmund, external in Bury St Edmunds.
The abbey church is believed to have been the largest Romanesque church in northern Europe.
