West Sussex charity teaches care dogs to raise alarm

Care dogs in West Sussex are being trained to use technology to help their owners during emergencies.

Tricia O'Brien, from Chichester, has multiple sclerosis and was provided with her care dog Barclay by West Sussex charity Canine Partners.

The Midhurst-based charity says it is increasingly training dogs to press special alarms that alert the district council's Careline centre.

Sean Killick spoke to Ms O'Brien and Brenda Jackson, from Chichester Careline.
