Moulscoombe pub opens with community shares

When a local pub closed in Brighton the community clubbed together with a share scheme.

The Bevendean Hotel in Moulsecoomb, known as The Bevy, was closed down in May 2010.

Buying £10 shares, local residents raised more than £250,000 to restore the building ready for opening on Friday.
