Search Dogs of Sussex: Does your pooch have what it takes?

The Search Dogs of Sussex is on the hunt for new pooches that be drafted in to help police in searches for vulnerable missing people.

The organisation, which can work any time of day or night, is looking for first aiders and map readers to support the dog teams to help save lives across the county.

Professional dog trainer Jeff Sasse told BBC Inside Out's Nathalie Graham the kind of skills needed from volunteers and their pets.

There are similar teams across England. Watch the video to find out if you and your dog have what it takes to search for missing people.

Inside Out South East and Inside Out South are on BBC One on Monday, 18 January at 19:30 BST and nationwide on the iPlayer for 30 days thereafter.
