Eastbourne World Cup celebration on police van

Eastbourne resident Jackie Grace filmed a post-match reveller climbing on to a police van in Seaside, Eastbourne.

She said: "I live in the flats opposite. I was on a balcony.

"I've never seen anything like it. You could smell the beer.

"They all came out really drunk."
