Stockton woman Emma was addicted to eating sponges

A woman has told how she became addicted to eating sponges for about 10 years.

Emma Snowdon, 36, from Stockton, ate between four or five every day.

She suffered from the eating disorder Pica, where a person craves non-food items.

Now after undergoing therapy she has not eaten one for more than two weeks.
